• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives of the business

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not use the service for fraudulent or deceptive practices

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Users should verify all AI-generated content before use
• We continuously improve our AI models based on usage patterns
• AI features are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued

1.7 Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

2. CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION TERMS

2.1 Campaign Registration

By participating in any campaign through AivioAI, you agree to these additional terms:

2.4 Registration Process

• You will receive a unique coupon code upon successful registration
• The coupon code is valid for the duration specified in the campaign
• You must present the coupon code to the business to redeem the offer
• Registration may require email verification
• Some campaigns may require additional information

2.5 Coupon Usage

• Coupon codes are non-transferable
• Each coupon code can only be used once
• Coupon codes have expiration dates
• Lost or expired coupon codes cannot be replaced
• Coupon codes must be used at the specified business location
• Businesses may have additional terms for coupon redemption

2.6 Business Relationship

• AivioAI facilitates the connection between you and participating businesses
• The actual offer, product, or service is provided by the business
• AivioAI is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or fulfillment of offers
• Disputes with businesses should be resolved directly with the business
• We do not guarantee the availability of offers or products
• Business terms and conditions apply to all offers

2.7 Communication

• By participating, you consent to receive campaign-related communications
• You may receive email notifications about campaign updates
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Emergency communications may still be sent for important updates
• We respect your communication preferences
• You may receive SMS notifications if you provide a phone number

2.7.1 Campaign Participation Consent

• Explicit Agreement: By clicking "Register" or participating in any campaign, you explicitly agree to the following terms:
• Data Collection Consent: You consent to the collection of your personal information including name, email, phone number, and any additional data requested during registration
• Dual Usage Authorization: You authorize both AivioAI and the retail store running the campaign to use your data for marketing, analytics, and business purposes
• Communication Consent: You consent to receive communications from both AivioAI and the participating retail store regarding campaigns, promotions, and business updates
• Data Sharing Agreement: You acknowledge that your data will be shared between AivioAI and the retail store, and both parties may use this data for their respective business purposes
• Ongoing Consent: Your consent remains valid until you explicitly withdraw it, though withdrawal may affect your ability to participate in future campaigns
• Legal Compliance: You acknowledge that this consent is given freely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws

2.8 Data Collection and Sharing with Retail Stores

• Explicit Consent: By participating in any campaign, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal data between AivioAI and the retail store running the campaign
• Data Collected: The following data may be collected and shared: name, email address, phone number, registration date, campaign participation details, coupon usage, and any additional information provided during registration
• Dual Usage Rights: Both AivioAI and the participating retail store have the right to use your data for: marketing purposes, campaign analytics, customer service, business improvement, and promotional communications
• Retail Store Access: Participating retail stores will have access to customer data for their campaigns, including contact information and participation history
• Company Analytics: AivioAI may use aggregated campaign data for platform analytics, service improvement, and business intelligence
• Data Retention: Data is retained by both parties according to their respective privacy policies and legal requirements
• Opt-Out Rights: You may opt out of future communications from retail stores at any time, though this may affect your ability to participate in future campaigns
• Data Protection Standards: We require all retail stores to maintain appropriate data protection standards and comply with applicable privacy laws
• Third-Party Services: Data may be processed through third-party services (email providers, analytics tools) used by both AivioAI and retail stores
• Cross-Border Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards
• Data Subject Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations
• Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, both AivioAI and affected retail stores will notify you as required by applicable law

2.9 Prohibited Activities

• Do not attempt to register multiple times for the same campaign
• Do not share or sell coupon codes
• Do not attempt to manipulate or abuse the registration system
• Do not use automated tools to register for campaigns
• Do not create fake accounts or provide false information
• Do not attempt to circumvent campaign restrictions

2.10 Campaign Modifications

• Businesses may modify or cancel campaigns at any time
• AivioAI will notify participants of significant changes when possible
• Campaign modifications do not entitle participants to compensation
• AivioAI reserves the right to cancel campaigns that violate our terms
• We may remove campaigns that are fraudulent or misleading
• Campaign changes will be communicated through the platform

2.11 Limitation of Liability

• AivioAI is not liable for any losses related to campaign participation
• We are not responsible for business actions or inactions
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee the success or profitability of campaigns
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or content

2.12 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through arbitration
• The laws of the jurisdiction where AivioAI is incorporated govern these terms
• Small claims court actions are not subject to arbitration
• Class action lawsuits are not permitted

3.2 Campaign Creation and Management

• You are responsible for the content and terms of your campaigns
• Campaigns must comply with our content guidelines
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You are responsible for fulfilling all campaign offers
• Campaigns may be reviewed and approved before publication

3.3 Data Protection for Business Users

• You must handle customer data in compliance with applicable laws
• You must have appropriate privacy policies in place
• You must obtain necessary consents for data collection
• You are responsible for data breaches under your control
• You must delete customer data upon request
• Data Sharing Obligations: You acknowledge that customer data collected through campaigns will be shared with AivioAI and you have the right to use this data for your business purposes
• Consent Management: You must respect customer opt-out requests and manage consent appropriately
• Data Security: You must implement appropriate security measures to protect customer data in your possession
• Retention Policies: You must have clear data retention policies and delete data when no longer needed
• Third-Party Compliance: If you use third-party services to process customer data, you must ensure they comply with applicable data protection laws
• Breach Notification: You must notify AivioAI and affected customers of any data breaches as required by law
